1. Campaign organization
- [ ] Are campaigns organized by goal/objective (not just "Campaign 1, Campaign 2")?
- Red Flag: Generic campaign names like "Facebook Campaign" or numbered campaigns
- Why It Matters: You can't optimize what you can't identify quickly. Clear naming = faster decisions
- Quick win: Rename using
[Objective]_[Product]_[Audience]_[Date]
